ADU (Accesory Dwelling Unit)

With the lack of housing options for renters/owners in the area, the ADU initiative of certain states in the south (California, Arizona, Texas) brought a strong proposal opportunity for homes looking to add more sqft and rental opportunity.

This project was a proposal (under permit) for certain residents in the Tucson area, where the premise was a strawbale construction typology for midsized lots.
